1

Choose the right document type

Document type controls how staff review and file the upload. Select insurance certificate, identification, vessel registration, or other before attaching the file.

  1. Step 1Open Documents from the account sidebar.
  2. Step 2Choose the matching type from the upload form.
  3. Step 3Attach the file and connect it to a vessel or reservation when requested.
2

Watch the submitted document history

Submitted documents remain listed with status and upload time. Use this history to verify whether staff have received, approved, or requested an update.

  1. Step 1Approved means the file is accepted for current marina review.
  2. Step 2Submitted means staff can see the file but may not have approved it yet.
  3. Step 3Needs update or rejected means upload a cleaner or more current file.
3

Upload before the arrival window

Documents often gate check-in, contract completion, or marina access. Uploading before arrival gives staff time to review without delaying dockside operations.
