Verify the stay dates and space

Each reservation card shows the check-in date, check-out date, assigned space when available, and current reservation stage. Review this before traveling to the marina.

  1. Step 1Open Reservations from the account sidebar.
  2. Step 2Find the next upcoming stay and confirm the date range.
  3. Step 3Check whether a specific slip, lift, or dry storage space has been assigned.

Finish quote, contract, and payment steps

Reservations can require quote approval, contract signature, invoice payment, or updated insurance before arrival. The card keeps those requirements attached to the stay.

  1. Step 1Approve an active quote before it expires.
  2. Step 2Open the payment link if the reservation shows a balance due.
  3. Step 3Upload insurance from the reservation prompt when the card requests it.

Request changes with context

Date changes and cancellations route to the marina for review. Atlantis records the request, but the marina decides availability, fees, credits, and approval.

Include the exact new dates and the reason for the request. That gives staff enough context to respond without another message.
