Pick the right conversation

Each conversation is tied to a marina or Atlantis support. Choose the thread that matches the question so staff see the right account context.

  1. Step 1Use the left conversation list to open the latest thread.
  2. Step 2Start a new conversation when the subject is unrelated to an existing thread.
  3. Step 3Choose the marina before sending a new message.

Include the page and record name

Support is faster when the message names the page, invoice, reservation, document, or vessel involved.

  1. Step 1For billing, include the invoice number.
  2. Step 2For reservations, include the stay dates.
  3. Step 3For documents, include the document type and upload time.

Use urgent channels for urgent dockside issues

Messages are best for account follow-up. If the issue is urgent, call the marina office or emergency line shown by the marina.
