Use QR scan pass and QR payment workflows

Understand when to show the account scan pass, how staff use it at the fuel dock or Ship Store, and how QR payment links differ from account lookup.

1

Show the scan pass only where staff ask for it

The dashboard scan pass helps marina staff find the right boater account without manually searching by name. It is useful at staffed locations such as the fuel dock, Ship Store, service desk, or another marina counter that has enabled the workflow.

  1. Step 1Open Dashboard from your account.
  2. Step 2Confirm the scan pass is marked ready and belongs to your Atlantis Boater Account.
  3. Step 3Show the QR code to staff when they need to attach a fuel, store, utility, or service charge to your account.
2

Know what the QR code does

The scan pass is account lookup. It identifies the account that staff should attach activity to; it does not replace the marina payment policy, gate access instructions, signed work authorization, or a final invoice review.

Treat the scan pass like an account identifier. Confirm the charge, service, or receipt with staff before leaving the counter or fuel dock.
3

Use QR payment from invoice links

If your marina provides a QR payment code, it should point to an invoice, payment link, or marina billing portal. Before paying, verify the marina name, invoice number, amount, and due date match your Account Billing page.

  1. Step 1Open the QR payment link in your browser.
  2. Step 2Compare the invoice number and amount with Account Billing.
  3. Step 3Complete payment only after the provider page shows the expected marina or payment processor.
  4. Step 4Return to Account Billing to confirm the invoice status or recent activity updates.
